Founded in 1967, Kubota Minoru Ceramics is currently under its second generation of leadership and employs ten people. The company has invented a series of popular products that were the first of their kind in the industry, including a porcelain mortar. They launched a ceramic research project in the 1980’s that resulted in the development and application of a range of unique, porous ceramics. The company currently manufactures ceramic coffee filters and automatic-watering planters that makes use of this technology. Kubota Minoru Ceramics also specialises in the manufacture of kitchen tools.
